My Journey
I’m Eric Sardina, a senior leader who spent years pursuing success—while at times playing it safe—and often holding back or living on someone else’s terms. I checked the boxes and hit the milestones, but something was missing. I felt out of sync with my purpose and disconnected from my God-given talents. For a long time, I wondered if I was made for more—and then I realized I was.
My journey taught me that true success isn’t about grinding it out or playing it safe. It’s about trusting and stepping boldly into your divine gifts while embracing the small, intentional steps that lead to extraordinary growth. It’s about aligning your goals with your values, living with integrity, fully appreciating the miracle of your existence, and seeing what you’re capable of.
